The night of July 26 was nothing short of exhilarating at our Midnight Madness event at Firebird Motorsports Park. Nearly two thousand enthusiastic spectators gathered to witness automotive excellence, featuring a long lineup of drag racing and an incredible array of trucks and meticulously crafted model cars, all presented by passionate fans and the crew from Cooper State Customz.
As the clock struck 8:30 PM, racers hit the track with their tech-approved vehicles, taking the competition up a notch. Spectators were glued to their seats, cheering on their favorite drivers as the roar of engines echoed through the night, creating an unforgettable backdrop for adrenaline-fueled drag racing.
Rawhide food truck drew in the crowd, offering a delicious selection of food to satisfy the hunger of excited onlookers. The grandstands were packed with families, automotive enthusiasts, and children, with kids aged 12 and under enjoying free admission.
A big shoutout to Kylar Harris, the proud winner of the car show, who showcased an impressive 2014 Ford F-250 6.7 Power Stroke, capturing the admiration of attendees with its powerful presence and stunning modifications.
Don’t miss out on the final Midnight Madness series of this summer 2025, Saturday, August 23. We encourage all racers with a tech card (for drag racing on the strip) to arrive early to maximize their track time. As a reminder, gates will open at 7:30 PM, and racing action will heat up on the track at 8:30 PM. Spectators are invited to purchase tickets online in advance for faster entry. Tickets will also be available at the box office for those who prefer to buy in person.
